Andrei Hera

Andrei leads the AI Research team at Sustainalytics. They develop AI solutions to help reduce or even eliminate repetitive tasks for fellow analysts while creating new frameworks to assist them in the ever-expanding universe of sustainability and financial analysis. Although our focus is NLP we’ve also been playing with other technologies like CV and GNNs for our predictive analytics systems. Prior to this, he worked in the automotive industry where he researched CV deep learning architectures for autonomous vehicles. When he’s not computing gradients, you may find him enjoying a nice cup of speciality coffee in one of Timisoara’s awesome cafes or he might be riding around his motorcycle and admiring some beautiful Romanian sights.
