I’ve trained and consulted hundreds of teams and leaders, in companies ranging from startups to multinationals with hundreds of thousands of employees. I teach them how to lead, how to manage, how to organize themselves, sometimes how to think. I also learn from them. A lot.
Before that I was a manager, and before that, I was a software developer. I sometimes imagine myself an artist, and a writer, but you can call me a leadership consultant.
