For more than a decade, Simona has been infusing her strong mix of technical expertise exclusively in the eCommerce industry, empowering local and global businesses to leverage Digital Transformation for capitalizing on the ever-evolving customer demands. With a vast experience across the software development lifecycle, she is proficient in designing and building robust, secure, and highly scalable software solutions, always putting a strong emphasis on improving performance.

Within Tremend, she has remarked herself as a resourceful software engineer and a thought leader from day one since joining the team. Always keen on sharing her extensive programming knowledge, she also wears the Mentor hat, as part of the company’s internal Coaching Program.
